1. Market Overview

We officially passed the earnings season summit. Like everything else, earnings season is slowly coming to an end. Recaps are getting shorter, and fewer and fewer stocks are in play. But wait a second... in THIS market?

Now is a good time to start assessing what you nailed and what went completely wrong. Make some adjustments. Buy some subscriptions. 😁

Lucky Quarter will also be updated next week to reflect the current market environment and what to watch through the end of the quarter.

Before going through the charts, a few observations are worth highlighting.

I’ve been in travel mode lately, so instead of filling this section with fluff, I’ll let the GOATs do the talking this week. Ed Yardeni joins Joshua Brown and Michael Batnick at TCAF. I’ll just humbly throw a few charts on top. Ed would definitely approve. Meanwhile, be humble, sit down, and give it a listen. You won’t regret it.

2. Research Unpacked

Below is this week’s Price Action Playbook: Research dump

Let’s look at the logic behind some of those areas:

PLTR 141(155)

Palantir’s Q2 acceleration extended across both commercial and government customers as enterprises moved AI from experimentation into core operational workflows. AIP’s ability to connect models with proprietary data, security, and decision systems while preserving customer control helped drive record U.S. commercial bookings, 157% net dollar retention, and more than a doubling of remaining performance obligations. That expansion is occurring with unusual profitability, combining 93% revenue growth with a 62% adjusted operating margin and 63% free cash flow margin. Management’s largest-ever annual guidance increase reflects growing adoption of Palantir as the operating layer through which customers deploy AI without surrendering control of their data and processes.

141 is a quite reactive weekly UTL, while 155 marks the developing POC, reinforced by the 200 day MA and the 21 IPOx slightly lower at 152.25.

141 was cleared postmarket, and bulls didn’t allow any backtest, ripping straight into 155 and beyond.

Bulls held the 155 area beautifully, leading to another trip higher on Friday. Seems like technical analysis still works after all. Ed would approve.
